My order is damaged, what to do?

We care about our products & customers and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Should it happen that an order is damaged during transport, or for other reasons beyond your control, you may file a warranty claim. You are legally obliged to report this to us within two months notice of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty terms, we will have the item repaired, replaced or exchanged for you free of charge.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Giropay, SOFORT Banking, EPS, Przelewy24, PayPal, Credit card, Klarna Pay Later.

Can I pay for my order later?

Yes – with the Klarna payment method you will be able to easily pay for your order after you’ve received all items (within 30 days). Should you not like an item and return your order within this time frame, your return will be processed and no payment will have to be made.


What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for a package are €5,95. Does your order fit in a mailbox? The calculated shipping costs are then €3,95.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €50.

Currently we ship to the following countries:

  • Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
  • Germany
  • France
Which shipping carriers do you use?

Our packages are shipped by PostNL and DHL. Depending on the country of delivery, your package may be handed over to your local shipping carrier.


How do I return my order?

On the Track & Trace page of your shipment you will find a link to register your return and generate a return label. Place the items you wish to return in the parcel, including the invoice/packing list, and use the return label to return your order to us. Make sure that your return adheres to the Return Policy.

Return Policy
  • You are free to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the product(s) with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging.
  • For hygienic reasons, underwear and socks cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
  • Any scratches, damage and the like on the product may result in a possible reduction in value.
  • You remain liable for damage, loss or theft of the return shipment – for this reason we highly advice you to keep the proof of your return shipment. Should anything happen to your return shipment, you will then be able to file any claims.
  • The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

If your return does not meet above conditions, we may at any time decide to either not credit the return, or reduce the amount to be credited. When the return meets all conditions, your order will be refunded within 14 days. The refund will be made via your original payment method. It is not possible to receive the refund on another bank account/payment method.
